  • Cancellations

    To confirm your booking, please provide a valid credit card. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to this card. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations to accommodate waitlisted clients and maintain schedules. You'll receive a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment via text and email. For changes or cancellations, reach us at 513-478-5292 or Abby@polishedhamilton.com.

    Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, within 2 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Same-day service changes will be billed at the original rate. Clients with SNS, dip powder, or acrylic nails will be charged for the original service.

  • Late Arrivals

    To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving early for your appointment. Parking in Hamilton may require additional time, so please refer to our locations page for parking suggestions. Arriving early allows time for color selection, restroom use, and relaxation before your appointment.

    Clients arriving late may have their service adjusted to fit the available time but will be charged the full amount of the originally booked service.

  • Refund Policy

    Polished Hamilton does not offer refunds for services rendered, as our technicians and estheticians are compensated on commission. We encourage open communication with your service provider throughout your appointment to ensure satisfaction. Should you be dissatisfied with your service, please contact our client communications manager, Abby, at Abby@polishedhamilton.com, and she will assist in finding a resolution.

    Unopened products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • Polish Removals

    At Polished Hamilton, we craft our services with precision, not rushing through any steps. While regular polish removals are part of the deal, gel polish and Gel-X Extensions need a little extra TLC. So, remember to tick the 'removal' box when booking your mani-pedi sesh.

    We're all about keeping things clean and green. That means no SNS, dip powder or acrylics. If you show up with these on your nails - you will be subject to our cancellation policy.

    Now, if you're an acrylic aficionado looking to switch to the natural side, we've got you covered. Get those artificial nails removed elsewhere, then book our 'Repair Mani'. Our experts will guide you on how to love your natural nails.

  • Nail Fix Policy

    We totally get it - sometimes your polish just doesn't want to stick around, whether it's a product hiccup or a tricky application. If this happens, don’t hesitate to ring us up! Your happiness with our service is top priority, and your input helps us keep things running smoothly.

    We offer free nail touch-ups within 3 days of your appointment. If your polish has a rebellious streak beyond that, we've got your back! For a fee of $5-$20 (depending on the service and the number of nails playing hard to get), we’ll get them back into tip-top shape. Just give the shop a ring and our friendly coordinators will pencil you in.

  • Fungus and Warts Policy

    Let's face it, safety and sanitation might not be the most thrilling topics, but at Polished, they're our number one priority! Following the guidelines set by the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology, we're unable to serve clients with nail fungus or warts - it's the law.

    Got doubts about it? No need to worry! Just ask. Our professional nail technicians are here to handle every situation with utmost discretion.

    Now, if you've booked a manicure and there's a concern about a contagious nail condition, don't fret! If we have a free station, we're more than happy to switch you to a pedicure, or the other way around.
